In September 2007 my mother died due to long-cancer. There were such a lot of pictures of her, made during her life, that it made me decide to use the black and white ones to make her portret. I also used the negatives to emphasize the positve and negative side of life. I used her ashes too. In this way I made a monument about my mother and I always look at her pictures. If I had let them stay in the photo-book I am sure I never had looked again.
